Connect GChat Bridge to your AI app

Your server address is:

https://gchatbridge.duckdns.org/mcp

The first time your AI app connects, it opens a browser window where you sign in with Google and approve access. You do not need your own Google Cloud project or API keys.

ChatGPT

  1. If GChat Bridge is listed in ChatGPT's app directory, open it and choose Connect.
  2. Otherwise (where your plan and workspace settings allow custom connectors): open ChatGPT settings → Apps / Connectors → create a connector, paste the server address above, choose OAuth authentication, and save.
  3. Approve access in the window that opens.

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop, mobile)

  1. If GChat Bridge is in the Claude connectors directory, open it and choose Connect.
  2. Otherwise: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the server address above, and click Add, then Connect.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http gchat-bridge https://gchatbridge.duckdns.org/mcp

Then run /mcp inside Claude Code and choose to authenticate.

Codex

Add to ~/.codex/config.toml:

[mcp_servers.gchat-bridge]
url = "https://gchatbridge.duckdns.org/mcp"

Then run codex mcp login gchat-bridge.

Other MCP apps

Use the Streamable HTTP transport with the server address above. Authorization uses OAuth 2.1 with automatic discovery (RFC 9728 protected resource metadata, RFC 8414 server metadata), PKCE, and either dynamic client registration or client ID metadata documents.
