Terms of service

1. The service. GChat Bridge connects your Google Workspace account to AI assistants you choose, using Google's official APIs.
2. Your responsibilities. Use the service only with accounts you are authorized to use, in line with your organization's policies and Google's terms. You are responsible for messages you approve for sending.
3. Approvals. Sends, edits and deletions run only after you approve them on this site. Review each request carefully; approved actions cannot always be undone.
4. Prohibited use. No spam, bulk or unsolicited messaging, harassment, attempts to access data you are not authorized to access, or attempts to circumvent security controls or rate limits.
5. Third-party services. Google Chat and AI assistants are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.
6. Availability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend access to protect the service or its users.
7. Termination. You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.
